At Culture Toronto, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window on all eligible items.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn or altered

HOW TO RETURN
Contact us at info@culture-toronto.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order for a different size or style.
